The KOP PROJECT would’ve repaid itself in tax revenue by drawing new construction housing and businesses to the KOP area including Norristown and more customers to Valley Forge Casino.

Spending 3 billion to go 3.6 miles from Norristown to KOP when the extension of the Broard st line under the Boulevard would travel 3 times the distance and serve 10's of thousands of more riders every day at around the same estimated cost. WTF! To many suburbanites on the Septa board. Plan and simple.
