The Campulance is a 2002 Ford E450 Marque Commando 164 Class III ambulance powered by the Ford 7.3l Powerstroke turbo diesel engine and a 4 speed 4R100 transmission. Lefty is a 65lb Staffordshire Terrier (best I can tell) that came from the Verona Street Animal Shelter in March 2014 at the age of 9 months. False assertions intended to accrue to the financial benefit of the party making intentionally false statements designed, knowingly and wilfully to financially injure a victim by use of interstate common carrier facilities could be criminal, or at least civilly actionable. Any attorney you know may be willing to give you free advice on that subject or help you assess or quantify the extent of your damages. It may also be that YouTube was negligent in not requiring the entity who made the false assertion to post a bond, or otherwise compensate you for their intentional injury to your pocketbook, and your good name, character, and integrity. YouTube's lack of policies requiring the alleged copyright holder to prove their unfounded assertion encourages unwarranted and frivolous false claims. I suspect that you are not the only victim of their nefarious policies so it just may be that a class action case in federal court may be necessary to achieve justice and teach them a lesson. Research the Hertz Rent a Car class action case recently settled for hundreds of millions in damages. Hertz made false assertions of theft of services or vehicles against hundreds of legitimate citizens, and injured their financial integrity and their reputations. The perpetrators of the tort against you ought to be taught a lesson. At a minimum, they ought to be required to hire, train, and supervise more competent employees or contractors, who do not seek expediency or make overbroad assertions against low income citizens simply because they know how to manipulate YouTube's system. You tube must be taught to install checks and balances that protect the majority of their customers from the small minded unfounded allegations made by profiteers and manipulators. What if they had, instead of claiming you interfered with "their" copyrights, they instead made false allegations to the government's child protective services unit that your hundreds of posts included child porn and YouTube places the burden of proof of your innocence on you instead of the evil entity making the false claims. And once YouTube shuts down your account, then even you cannot access it to prove your innocence. And then how much additional loss of income will you incur in attorney fees when YouTube and CPS forwards the allegations to the feds or some zealous DA out to make a name for herself before the next tight election. At some point unfounded allegations made by unidentified anonymous individuals under the guise of a large entity need to be held accountable. What if it isn't the soccer site that made the allegations against you, but a hacker who got into their system. Then there would be an additional claim against them for failing to keep their server secure. How many other YouTube posters have been victimized without any legitimate basis? Any attorney, through the Discovery process can find out. In other words, what is the ratio overall of unfounded claims to valid claims, compared with the ratio of claims made by the soccer folks? That percentage alone can make a defacto case of their gross negligence or malfeasance if my hunch is correct. What do you have to lose by sending your email and the communications you received from YouTube to an attorney you know and trust, along with a copy of my comments, and ask him for guidance in filing a claim against the soccer folks and YouTube for your financial and reputational damages. Then if either retaliates, you may have an additional claim for attorneys fees to protect you from their reckless behavior, and deficient and defective and inadequate policies relative to copyright claims that are unfounded on their face.
Just do the same to one of their vids.
Had a very similar sunset here over Lake Erie last night. I and dozens of others posted it. Had a profound effect on many with all the losses to the blizzard. Lucky guy getting so many gifts. I'm sure it's very comforting while out there alone. I know the feeling as a solo. Take care, have fun.

It took nigh on 5 years for me to finally get exactly the right thing to access the stuff I keep on the roof rack of my Landrover, a fixed ladder as one gets for the Landy does not work giving easy reach in different places…. Long story short, lightweight, sturdy, collapsible best darn ladder for the purpose… Rgds Warren.

My Mother and Dad were both British citizens who emigrated to the US around 1953. They both made sure we always spoke correctly. It was tough sometimes when all our friends used the latest slang LOL! They are both gone now, but thankfully their lessons stayed with all of us kids!

What happened to innocent until proven guilty? If an entity is claiming a copywrite infringement, they should have to produce the article they claim they hold the copywrite on. It's wrong that they can just claim an infringement without proof.
