Time is running out for some Baltimore County residents whose mail will be shifted to another post office, but some high-profile leaders first want some answers. Residents of roughly 160 homes in the Fort Howard ZIP code have to go in person to the post office to get their mail because they do not get home delivery. But on Aug. 19, residents received a letter in their P.O. boxes that the Fort Howard Post Office branch will close on Sept. 15. The lease for the Fort Howard Post Office is set to expire on Sept. 30, the Postal Service told 11 News.
