The first casualty of war is always truth. Bear this in mind. The missile was inbound for a power station. The Ukrainians shot it down and it landed on the building. Two points for you. 1, I think the guy was a mayor of that town but anyway, he went on TV and told us that and has since been "lost". 2, Would you send a multimillion dollar missile to blow up a power station or a tower block of civilians? CNN know the truth but it's not what they are telling you. You can look it up.
