  1. The real question here is why is Decatur using police resources for a civil matter? If a financial company had a suit against this citizens surely the police had a repo warrant? That was sarcasm…I invite any tow company to come to my property and try to take any of my vehicles without a warrant.

  2. I don't know why the police are lying his car was not delinquent he was current on payments and no tow truck set those cameras off…
Now it's time to release the body cam and the dispatch recording let's be transparent here …
How much effin around do you have to do to find out….and how much do you want to find out ?

  3. This is actually a really simple problem to fix…
Step1 : get rid of qualified immunity
Step2 : limit the power and influence of police unions
Step3 : anyone who carries a gun needs to be licensed and insured…
And just like car insurance too many offenses your premium goes up to me accidents you lose your license and coverage.
Step4 : all settlements be paid from their pension fund…. Instead of City funds and taxpayer dollars

  4. He didn’t have a gun in his hand when this person returned with the police and in the audio you hear them acknowledge that. They illegally helped a repo and basically ambushed this man at his home. They didn’t come to the door. They hid and shot him soon after he shined his flashlight. The video shown is after the repo man went and told the police that he has a gun. By law they were supposed to go to STEVE PERKINS and make sure everything was peaceful. That’s not what the officers did. I hope more light gets shined on what’s going on in Decatur Alabama

  5. Maybe he should have made his car payments, and maybe shouldn't have pulled a gun on the tow truck driver. And dam sure shouldn't point a gun at police!!! His actions caused his death!!!

  6. A Good man was killed there, not given the time to respond to the police before they started shooting. Hiding in the shadows waiting for him to come out and address the tow truck driver for the second time. Multiple police, they knew the man’s full name could have easily looked him up and seen he had no priors and not a one went to this man’s door and knocked not one police car is seen because they purposely hid them To address the situation. They told the truck driver to go back used him as bait and once Perkins came out they opened fire before even fully announcing their presence.
