Gun laws are quite weird honestly. In most states if you pull a gun and DONT fire it you’d get charged for virtually assault. Self defense terms are very linear basically if you are “afraid” and they’re “intimidating and in your zone” or have a weapon or you’re getting attacked by multiple people. But there’s a thin line on winning the case. As for not being charged with shooting him but shooting in a mall is because there are civilians and a stray could clip one and then big fucked. Basically for self defense terms Gun shot in house= fine Gun shot in store= dangerous and chargeable Gun shot in the street= basically fine depending
so fun factoid with A&W, a vast majority of the restaurants are actually located in Canada. Only 600 locations in the US and 1,046 locations in Canada. And their burgers and fries are AMAZING, I personally go for the Mozza burger and a poutine cuz CANADIAN. 😛 Also if you can get the Root Beer milkshake, go for it. Also, you used to be able to buy big bottles of root beer straight from a&w. can't anymore it seems :/
