Dumb question– can PLANES OR HELICOPTERS HOVER in the air for SEVERAL MINUTES AT A TIME? I saw something with the same kind of lights as the drones TONIGHT, BUT it was dark and I couldn't see what it was. Im in a suburb of Tulsa. It was sitting there for like 5 minutes AT LEAST. I noticed it when I got home from dinner, so it COULD HAVE been there longer and left like 5 minutes after I got home.
