I randomly found it by going through the red part one day
i belive its connected to the mystery box when it says Bye Bye. Its the same voice and i also saw multiple in some games idk what to do after i get the mysterybox easter egg though since you just see a bunny and crates. Also i saw more of them in the early days when people kept spamming mystery boxes. Now i don't see em as often as before

There's a big jump that has a red arrow at the bottom of it if you jump off of there you will get a Care Pack
