  1. i personally can say from my own experience with PBR if you use a good Normal maps and roughness you get some amazing results….you can make a simple wall of your home come to life with roughness it creates even displacement effect … An amazing options to boost and upgrade the look of any model you make …if its mesh or prims maps give it life…

  3. Amazing this PBR Materials!!! Long awaited mirroring feature.

My friends will no longer need to watch my video-tip (#16 Video dicas) on how to simulate a mirror using water from Second Life. I'm very excited!!!

  4. I've been working on NeosVR content lately and it's all GLB/GLTF – I have a 1:1 copy of my second life community world there and like keeping feature parity. Having PBR facilitates this goal and helps us maintain cross-platform consistency for both our SL users and our NeosVR users.

BTW: Ticket filed for cloning to Aditi – I recall having access in the past but now I can't access it anymore, so I guess it's time!

  5. Love these videos! Thank you LL team for bringing PBR to SL!!!! I'm super impressed! Runitai, my 1 criticism is that you are far too humble in describing it all. This is as big as LUMEN in UE5, in Second Life terms. The team should put together a snazzy PBR and GI promo video, and do a little marketing outside the SL circles, after it is fully implemented. It's really that good Runitai!! Good Job!
