According to World Weather site for Hendersonville, TN, low was only 54°…that's probably why there was no mention of frost

I would say no. Police did not show till almost 8. Long after the frost would have been gone. Plus all shoes were accounted for and Seth said Sebastian had sensitivity issues.
I don't think they even thought of it imo they just thought they would find him, and fast , just like in the summer wells case , the police made mistakes.

Good point. I have thought about that. And the fact with the low temperature, low ground temperature, and Sebastian allegedly walking out bare foot, light clothing, rugged terrain, no supplies..just how far could Sebastian go before he succumbed to frost bite.
IMO he did not walk barefooted from that home.
Was he given his medication to sleep, if so, how could he leave unassisted. It just does not make sense!

My thought has always been that he was driven away from the area from the garage. No tracks, no scent because he had been gone long before police were called. Jmo, of course.

LE said there was no scent which would mean no tracks in my opinion. I am not sure they did their job investigating this. There are too many unanswered questions Imo

The overnight low on Sunday night was 55. The overnight low on Monday night was in the 60s. It was unseasonably warm.

How long before the police were concerned about Sebastian? Supposedly the police did a forensic sweep of the house but was that days later? Sebastian was well and truly failed. 😢
This case was not investigated the correct way from the start! They reported a child missing ( runaway) ..not a kidnapped or m@rdered child .So the investigation wasn’t spot on ! That I’m sure was done ,just for that purpose!
