I like the lion's offense but as we knew coming into the season, the secondary would be a huge liability. Lo and behold, it really, really is… But the team building strategy seems to work, from what I'm seeing. Building in the trenches first, then out. They tackled the run defense (pun mildly intended), let's hope the pass d is going to improve

I've got to give Geno Smith credit. A lot of guys would have thrown in the towel years ago, but he's stuck around as a backup and continued to put in the work. He looks like he improved quite a bit since his days as a NY Jet. I realize he had a really bad team around him in NY, but he has also made some strides as a passer and reading the defense.
