Suggestion for the amount of platinum flooding the market: over a year, platinum becomes half as valuable as gold (like electrum), however, certain spells (warding bond, tether essence, platinum shield, mordenkainen's sword) become very cheap to cast, triggering some new enemy to try to conquer the land with an enhanced army.
My recommendation for new DMs independent of any game system is "Return of the Lazy Dungeonmaster" from Sly Flourish aka Mike Shea. It is technically published for D&D 5e but 90% of the book can be used for any system and the framework works for almost all TTRPGs.
Big props for all the adapting on the fly & not trying to force the players back to the pre-planned story, & then more, bigger props for managing to keep it invisible.
I still honestly think Queen O will first off, makes some elite armor and weapons for her "imperial troops" , herself and the royal family as old traditional "heirlooms" chainmail, necklaces, jewellery etc then run tests to see what platinum can do being use for other things… normal things… you know house goods, ovens, vacuums, laundry machine, dryer… then guns, machines and mobile techs lol I honestly see her buying an above kingdom taking over their mountain to do 3 kingdoms on the north mountains but really they just need it as a "front" kingdom to make the underground dwarven kingdom into a neon high-tech city, once they figure out what platinum can do electric-wise… magic-wise etc, no more day/night mages baby they just wire that stuff in like truman style if they want lol
Please hire Buca and Musk but not as managers for the love of Tartar sauce… also Musk as comedy skit to warm -up the room or Host? Oh hell yeah is Ghost Aaron is in the house??? Ghost band, Bones and bowls!!… or whatever… Aaron's band name is…
In a campaign I ran, we had a gnome sorceror who, basically, peed on the Warp Core. Then he cast Regeneration_, and wanted to know "well, how big is it?" He rolled a 20 on d20. After that there was a whole subplot with filming a porno in _The Tomb Of Whores starring Ass-Crack the Jimmy-Lich.
Oh no I think Musk might be dead because shouldn't they have recommendations from Dabarella and Grinderbin as well. Also the way they laughed about it was a bit off to me.
Missed the livestream, I would be interested to know what was the biggest curveball the group threw at Jack, either the biggest thing planned they just skipped or the biggest thing Jack had to come up with on the fly!
