The Ukrainian military had 350,000 combat troops in February 2022.
By April 2022 around 70,000 of these troops fled to Poland and other EU countries leaving Ukraine with a fighting force of less than 280,000.
In the past year and half around 80,000 Ukrainian soldiers.died in battle and 200,000 got wounded so basically the first batch of the military is wiped out.
The Ukrainian military currently consists of 150,000 mostly poorly trained new conscript soldiers who were either forced to join the military or enlisted because of the approximately 600 Euros a month so they can sustain their families and loved ones.
Was it not for the 30,000 – 40,000 foreign fighters for Ukraine the Ukrainian military would have collapsed long ago.

Russia has been a direct threat to my life every day of my life since the day I was born. I lived through the Cuban missile crisis. I'm that old. I don't care about Zelensky this or Zelensky that.
