Scots city beats London, Paris and Milan to be named one of the most cultured in Europe

The study from luggage storage specialists at Bounce analysed cities across Europe on factors such as the number of museums, the number of music venues, the number of libraries and the amount of theatres, to reveal Europe’s most cultured cities.
