take toys off public roads. they are riding and driving toys with real cars and trucks what do you expect to happen. when people think that because your on a childs toy that you have the right away then you are screwed in the head to start with. and if you get ran over even by a drunk YOU are still at fault for taking a CHILDS toy on the streets with real cars
More Stop lights would help those streets are too dark not only that Galveston is like new Orleans people get away to party which is not a problem but that would help
I use to live in Galveston…I would stop at all intersections..stop sign or not because idiots run lights and stop signs….especially in the back neighborhood roads.

Lots of golf carts down near Jamaica beach and Surfside, unfortunately they can't protect you from a car though.
