thirty million people belonging to 350 different ethnic groups also live here. In total the forest
covers an area of 5,500,000 square kilometers. Because of its incredible size, there are still
many parts of the forest that remain unexplored and many secrets that remain undiscovered.

The people who are crying to save the Amazon rain forest are the same ones who’s ancestors destroyed and continue to destroy the forests of North America. It all boils down to greed. As long as there is profit to be made ,the environment will suffer.
I am protecting an Amazon rain forest. I managed to purchase one that is bigger than the one this chap is banging on about. What I have done is to get the funny little pygmy people out because.they were leaving sticks and leaves all over the place and it was getting untidy. It was a mess when I rook possession of the thing and after I got it home and unfolded it, I am planning what to do and the plan is, I think, to cut down the messy tree things and give it a going over with a brush and then a vacuum cleaning machine. I will update the people of earth sometime in the distant future.
