Michael Carneal is seeking parole after being sentenced to life 25 years ago for the Heath High School shooting. He was 14 years old when he opened fire inside his high school in West Paducah, Kentucky, killing three girls. Missy Jenkins testified at his Kentucky state parole board hearing. She is one of five students wounded in the shooting. During his hearing, Carneal told the parole board that voices in his head told him to kill.

Why aren't his parents locked up also? Columbine shooter's parents?? Bet these school shootings will stop if they start giving parents hard time too..

Doesn't seem like there's been enough effort from the juvenile detention centers during his stay as a minor to seriously treat his obvious mental health issues. This guy 25 years later is still having thoughts, "voices", about killing himself and could still pose a risk to harming others. Don't see the point of giving him parole unless if house arrest can be arranged with counseling to keep a close eye on him.
He doesn't belong in jail anymore, he needs to be brought to an insane asylum to be treated correctly
