  1. Reminds me of the cat I got from a cat sanctuary. Or rather, a licensed woman who was taking care of like 15 cats that were looking for homes. It took me a full 6 months before I could finally pet her for the first time. It was such an incredibly emotional moment for me. I actually cried tears of joy. She never got to the point where I could pick her up, or heck even where she'd lay on my lap. But she did like having her own little chair right next to me that she could lay on. And she'd join me near my feet in bed at night. Sadly she was already an older cat so she was only in my life for 4 years. But I tried to make sure those 4 years were the best I could give her.

  2. You are so right, he was afraid if he put his guard down he would be vulnerable but as he could trust and feel safe! You are right, never let him down, thank you angel

  3. Omg, I was honestly crying when Ricky started to purr and show his tummy. Thank you so much for showing him love and I am so extremely happy he gets to finally just be a cat and not think about food and shelter. Please if his new owner is reading this, give him treats and pets from me!!
