Dee from the shelter contacted us a couple of days ago in regards to a dog that had been brought in by rangers after being dumped in a country paddock.
His name is Diesel. He’s 5 years old.
With a recorded attack incident on his file, Dee asked if we could do anything to help save Diesel from being euthanised.
You see there’s no room anywhere because there are dogs being abandoned all over the place. And a dog like Diesel with something on his file puts him on the list for being euthanised.
Dee got in a government assessor straight away. Feedback was that he is a beautiful dog but aggressive towards male dogs.
Dee knew he was worth saving. So she called us to come up to the shelter and work with Diesel to see if his behaviour could be turned around, and ultimately saved from being put to sleep.
Luke brought a few of our dogs, all male and Joey. Joey brings the energy.
We were there for four hours. Diesel underwent boot camp training before being introduced to our dogs at the shelter.
By the end of the day, Diesel was off leash with Tank, Chopper, Rosco, Barney and Joey playing ball.
We’ve taken Diesel home to the farm. There’s no place for him at the shelter or at RSPCA or anywhere else. Everywhere is full.

Shelters really need help more than ever. Above all else they need people to foster and to adopt. Dee could not do anymore for animal welfare. She works so very close to 24/7 and always feels she isn’t doing enough. She runs the most clean, lovely looking shelter where all the animals are above and beyond cared for. But there’s not enough Dee’s in our world and there’s just too many people who are simply giving up on animals.
Shelters and rescues everywhere really need our support.
Diesel is a lucky boy. It wasn’t his time. He’s still got a lot to learn but he’s going to have 20 mates now along with this new guy in his life they call Uncle Luke, to help him get there. Many of the pack have travelled a similar road to Diesel.

Barney and Chopper are wearing onesies. Barney has a leaky bottom and Chopper has a small wound that we don’t want coming into contact with anything that could cause infection.

Oh, I couldn't go into that shelter and not want to adopt them all. There seems to be so many perfectly good dogs just waiting for someone to love them. It is so sad. Thank heaven that Sam, Luke and Dee are out there.
It is quite obvious that this dear boy has not had any proper training. Roscoe was amazing considering he is 'Daddy's Boy & generally so jealous of anyone else getting loving attention from HIS Dad🥰 the Farm crew are probably wondering why on heaven Uncle Luke & Auntie Sam are at THAT place and doing training and playing with a ball. They were all just perfect 'visitors' and a 'credit' to their Training. ( better than some people's kids when taken into a stressful , for them , environment)
Makes me so sad to see these poor puppers. Thank God for people like Dee and Luke who care so much for their welfare

It is shocking to see how many people hand in or abandon their dogs (and cats), and that's just at one shelter. Such beautiful souls desperate to be trained, understood and taken into a loving home.
Pets are for life, their life and no less.

You guys are simply the best! Love what you do. People dumping dogs, abandoning them are lacking compassion and understanding. It sickens me that ppl can be so ignorant. God bless you and Dee and all that work to fix this problem.
If I visited that shelter, I would leave with lots of dogs! I am hopeless and would be in tears at the thought of leaving them there. They are all so beautiful. I bet Luke and Sam wanted to adopt them all too.

The magic of Luke Evans. It's amazing how quickly Diesel got it. "Our" babies did a fantastic job at showing what love and training can do. I love it how Sam was their safe spot ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Dee is just as amazing at how she feels that these babies are worth saving ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Bravo to you all for being there for all these beautiful souls ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I'm especially proud of Roscoe, he was amazing and to have so many big dogs around can be intimidating but Bravo to Diesel 👏👏👏👏

he doesn't seem to realize that Luke is focused on him, he never looks up, and he looks around and gets distracted, and breaks the sit.

It is a sad thing that most dog pounds have a majority of Pit Bull Terriers. They are the most "surrendered dog" Why? People want to protect their children and elders. These dogs are trained to kill other dogs. It is part of who they are. Never buy one, because the seller is always a male.

Dee's instincts are so good, I'm sure between you all you will give Diesel his best chance for a good life. This can't have been easy for your dogs, but they all behaved impeccably. (The poodle did look a bit concerned though 😉) 💖💖💖💖💖

I just had to come to this video again, poor Roscoe couldn't get close enough to Sam, he was probably so confused about why he was back at a shelter,I think it was a good idea that u didn't take Freddo to he would have been so upset,it was so nice of you to go there special and work with diesel and let him meet some of the pack before u brought him back with you on the farm,Dee understanding of dogs is so incredible I'm so glad she called you and Sam for help ,thank you for getting him off death row ,the dogs that end up going to Dee shelter are very lucky , even though they still end up in the shelter she goes over and beyond for the animals that she takes in , and it's so nice of her to take the dogs to the farm once a week to be able to run around and get noticed by your subscribers ,so they can find homes and when a dog is on death row she always calls u first before she just puts a dog down , she is so sweet,I think u and Sam and Dee make the best team ever keep up the great work I'm so proud of you and all the dogs who works so hard to change,I never seen anything like this before I wished we had people like you guys here in America it would definitely help save dogs lives

I hope all of the dogs, cats, and other animals in the shelter all find their new families and have great lives ahead of them! The shelter is so nice. Still hard to see them all begging for love and attention. I just know Diesel will have a happy future now that you’re helping him get on the right track. He’s a smart dog! 🐾❤️💜
The bell rang and Sam and Luke have taken yet another run to the rescue of a dog. Who knows what the future now holds for this bright canine. Someone will be the recipient of lots of love and affection. Can’t wait to watch Diesel’s journey!❤

I loved how Roscoe sat on Sam's feet and how the others came to Roscoe for protection. It was funny how Chopper was almost sitting on Roscoe. LOL. Great video! Luke is so amazing with the dogs. I love how he assesses them. Again amazing!
It’s always astonishing to see how quickly Luke can motivate “difficult” dogs into becoming their best selves. The pack with you quickly relaxed Diesel down. The shelter’s attendants were as enthralled as your followers. I loved Roscoe protecting Sam as well as himself.
At least some good came out of that traumatic shelter visit, by taking Diesel back to the Farm. Thanks Luke and Sam for helping Diesel find a better life. Hats off to Dee for her love and dedication to the shelter animals.
