Sara’s Fave Fudgy Chocolate Brownies in Katori under 30 mins
Katori Brownie:
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup dark/milk chocolate (per taste)
1/2 cup condensed milk
3 tbsp milk
1/4 cup AP Flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Preheat cooker for 10 mins.
Take butter & chocolate in a bowl and melt it. To it, add condensed milk and milk. Sieve in flour & cocoa powder. Mix & pour in mould. Addition of chocochips or pieces is optional. Bake for 20mins.
For added yumminess, top it up with some chocolate sauce. Heavens!
Tip: Adding salt in cooker, as base is a good way to ensure even distribution of heat. It helps to prevent cracks on the brownie top.
