  1. I wish everyone would quit saying she's @smart." She's not. She's gained access to a thesaurus and would never use such grandiose words when speaking, because she's doesn't actually have them in her vocabulary. Pick any 3 syllable word from her letters and look up the antonyms for it and you'll see every other word she's used in her repetitive sentences.

  2. Her level of crazy making is insane. Then you send a disrespectful letter to your judge, essentially accusing him of not being impartial, as well as incompetent and colluding with attorneys to sabotage her defense. My only guess would be maybe she's wanting him off the case and with a new judge she would have more time and possibly get a court appointed attorney? I can't see how this letter will be good for her in any way unless she's perhaps trying to draw more attention to the case to try to get support or sympathy or more sensationalizing of it???

  5. She's not being forced to represent herself, she asked to represent herself. Did she not pay attention to anything that was said to her on the day the judge allowed her 8th/9th? lawyer drop her? Seems she got out what she wanted to say then tuned out to whatever came next. She thinks she should get out & go about her life after she took someone else's. She's going to spend more time locked up & fighting the system than she would have if she just pled guilty & did her time. When is she going to realize there is no getting out of this. Just plead to a lesser charge & go do the time ffs.

I am confused about this now, up until now she has indicated she's SO MUCH SMARTER than EVERYONE!!! Jorge must have loved this NUT because she's a MEAN, HORRIBLE, BULLY & now she's trying to do this with the judicial system. Does she think that she's going to be able to stack a bunch of boxes in her cell??
She keeps that "NOT INTENTIONAL & IT WAS AN ACCIDENT" WELL SARA HOW MANY PEOPLE THAT ARE DOING PRISON TIME FOR DUI HOMICIDE COULD SAY THE EXACT THING!?! THEY DIDN'T INTEND ON DRIVING IMPAIRED & RUIN PEOPLE'S LIVES…. YOU DID THE EXACT SAME THING ONLY WITH A SUITCASE!! YOU TOOK SOMEONE'S LIFE AND A SON, BOTHER, DAD & THEY DESERVE JUSTICE!! YOU ARE THE BIGGEST NARCISSISTIC PERSON I HAVE EVER SEEN!!

  8. In his book, The Defense Never Rests, F. Lee Bailey recounted his first civilian trial (he had previously been a military lawyer). He deliberately sought a case where the Defendant was wrongfully accused, was indigent, and had garnered at least some national publicity. He found what he was looking for, in a client who had been identified by an eye witness, failed a polygraph exam, and subsequently confessed. Nevertheless, through a brilliant courtroom performance, he was able to refute all of the evidence against his client, who was then set free. I don't recall if Bailey was paid for his efforts, but it certainly established his reputation as one of America's premier lawyers. And that is, no doubt, what Sarah Boone wants; one of the finest attorneys in America to come in, without pay, and represent her, with the enhancement to their reputation being the only compensation. But, she's overlooking a key element: in order for her case to "enhance the reputation" of an attorney, she would have to be wrongfully accused.
