I agree with the Electronic Frontier Foundation. How can you be sure the police will delete videos after 30 days? And drones are not quiet. A surveillance society where you will be caught on camera even in your backyard or camping, and tracked, if they feel you are an undesirable, or non-yuppie. Too much power in the hands of a few.

The DA said that a person was a repeat offender, so this arrest and conviction should be minimum of 30 years. What happened to 3 strikes? They need to get the right people involved who understand crime and criminals. Defense attorney minded people will never accept any reasonable consequences.
