When I was a child most of my family was in the police so obviously bias I looked up and admired the police now….. Not all cops are this evil/ stupid but it’s horrible how often you see another terrible incident involving the people who were meant to “protect & serve “

People freeze and panic even when they get pulled over for speeding. This cop should be aware of that. Police shootings will never get better until the government steps in and forces strict training and laws. How are you going to solve 1 crime by creating a worse one with collateral damage? Even if the boy was mentally unstable and out of his mind, they should be able to assess the situation better. Not shooting the second something doesn't go as they plan.
But why did the kid try drive off though? Yes cop was wrong but what was the kid trying to escape

An investigation should be done on the hiring and training process. Did he get training from a superior who showed him cops are above the law and can do whatever they want?
