Please, compare the S25 to other Android phones. Nothing could ever make me switch to the Apple ecosystem. But I could easily change from Samsung to Sony.

I tried to preorder this phone and just had the worse customer experience from a company I have had in a long time. Due to issues on their end my purchase wouldnt go through. They told me to wait a day and try again. And then the order would be cancelled without explanation again. Reach out, told to try again…. And now the 1tb and the colour of my preference is sold out. They could not help me with any constructive information as to why the orders were not working. I then asked it I can go to my closest Samsung store and pre order there, where they told me I could not. After multiple attempts I decided to go to the store anyway. Where it turns out, I could have done that from the very beginning and was lied to by Samsung.
