Would love to see Pixel 7 vs S23 with more human objects as other reviewers have claimed it darkens the skin tone too much.
The megapixel of a phone came are pretty irrelevant so 50 or 200 doesn’t say better pics on 200.
Okay I definitely need to go to the DOCTOR now!! You just said that at 9:04 Samsung's 200MP shot is less detailed than Pixel's 12MP shot! Are you kidding me?!! Look at Hulk's chest! You are comparing oversharpened 12MP Pixel shot with a far more detailed shot on the Samsung!
Do you actually like real soft details or oversharpened mess? You zoomed 1000% on the 12MP shot but didn't bother cropping into the 200MP shots?!
You also gave the win to the Pixel for selfies and portrait mode despite it failing in the two most important sections – details and edge detection! Plus no 3x portrait mode comparison?
You are also fan of editing in post, that's why you want natural photos! So what about a pro mode comparison?! The Pixel 7 Pro doesn't have a pro mode?! That's an irony!
FINALLY!!! My P7P destroys my s23U all day long in the camera dept. The S23U has a killer battery and display, but the camera is nothing compared to the Google Pixel.
Your pixel content is by far and away the best on YouTube. So much detail to your videos.

Video camera is better with the S23 Ultra. Photos are a bit better at the pixel but not in all photos. The only thing I accuse Samsung of is that the color of a shirt is sometimes completely different, which is a pity. The pixel has been for sale for some time, so it has received more updates. Buying a smartphone is more than just having good cameras, in addition to good cameras, battery life is a nice bonus, the speed, the smoothness of scrolling, not to mention the screen that is better with the S23 Ultra and the zoom is certainly if you want to go a little further also film better with the Ultra. I think both are good smartphones, but the video camera is important to me, slightly more important than photos and also the screen, etc… Pixel 7 pro is a good smartphone for its money, the ultra is a beast overall. The software is also top notch now with the ultra, much better than with the S22 Ultra. A slight preference for the Ultra for me despite the flaws that exist.
I agree with you on almost everything except for the front-facing camera video I mean come on you can't tell me the pixel front-facing camera video is better than the s23U, no way it's not even close. I understand you trying to be fair but our eyes can't lie.
I sold my S22 and didn't buy the S23 because the camera is bad. 90% of the time the colors are completely wrong and over sharpened. I went pixel 7
09:05 What do you mean it lacks tones of details? What you mean is that it doesn't exaggerate the details and showing them like they really are with being much sharper? Sorry but the Pixel did a horrible job with the hulk.

less details on the 200 mp and 50 mp? You're the first reviewer to say that. The details you are seeing on the 12mp are sharpening artefacts!
pixel is natural but when Samsung does it in video you called it muted
For social media applications, the more saturated colors is always desired unless the poster is going for a rustic or B/W then there's ton of filters available as well..
This is a really well executed and presented comparison, best I've seen! Also love that you also supply the pictures for download so people can decide for themselves. I do not always agree with your conclusions. Some points:
* I do think the 50MP and 200MP of the Samsung give clearly more detail, nice to have feature.
* I agree that S23U is really disappointing on the 2x to 9x zoom. But to be fair, the 3x shot of the S23U has more detail at the corners (in the center the P7P effectively uses the 5x zoom lens to give more detail).
* 10x zoom and up the S23U gives only slightly more detail, but they are oversharpened and noisy.
* Portrait mode on the P7P is (still) broken, better to take a normal shot and add the portrait effect later. Annoying, but a function that I would rarely use anyway.
In general, I would certainly prefer the P7P for photography, the colors of the S23U take too much time to fix in post-processing.
Big mistake sir… even i can see more detail in 50MP and 200MP hulk shot around 9min mark… why're you writing it's less detailed… than pixel.
Everyone else on youtube is saying how Pixel 7 pro is bad at portraits… due to digital crop and over-sharpening. But you're saying still Pixel is better than 23 ultra. I'm so confused!!
Never go for pixel. Samsung always produce pre edited, social media ready, eye pleasing pictures and Videos.

I agree all except that 200 vs 12 mp comment…. i can see that 12 mp shot is heavily processed and sharpened whereas 200 mp shot has more fine details..

I think the main edge you have to pixel was because of colors. Which is an opinionated area. In your photos I liked the colours maintained by s23u . The Google pixels photos were sorta yes original, but s23u seemed more pleasant and professional. Its like the exact editing that someone would do on their photos
