    Neurodivergency is protected under the ADA.
    If they outright told you it was due to a neurodivergent condition. They have violated the Americans of disability act. You can take them down for that.
    On a better question, do you really want to be associated with a company that discriminates against neurodivergent persons?

  6. im with the others on the promotion at the bare minimum seek some legal advice because what they did was ILLEGAL with a capitol I. especially if its been an ongoing thing and this supervisor seems to have spoken the quiet part out loud quite frankly which is unacceptable especially if youve been shown to be capable of doing the job successfully and have been bypassed for people with less experience. whether you follow up or not is up to you but at least knowing you options can be a good thing

    that said back to mars, looks like everythings sailing along so well wait for next episode
