  1. Obviously, this is about Alvin York, who was in Company G, 328th Infantry, 82nd Division. York actually tried to reenlist in WW2, but was 54 by then with health issues. Regardless, he became a major in the Signal Corps and spent the war raising funds for the war effort and touring training camps. Gen. Matthew Ridgway later recalled that York "created in the minds of farm boys and clerks … the conviction that an aggressive soldier, well-trained and well-armed, can fight his way out of any situation." Like all Sabaton songs, all true history, well written with awesome instrumentals. Sabaton does have a song about the Screaming Eagles 101st Airborne and the Battle of the Bulge called, interestingly enough, "Screaming Eagles," also worthy of a listen.
