#SABATON
source
Obviously, this is about Alvin York, who was in Company G, 328th Infantry, 82nd Division. York actually tried to reenlist in WW2, but was 54 by then with health issues. Regardless, he became a major in the Signal Corps and spent the war raising funds for the war effort and touring training camps. Gen. Matthew Ridgway later recalled that York "created in the minds of farm boys and clerks … the conviction that an aggressive soldier, well-trained and well-armed, can fight his way out of any situation." Like all Sabaton songs, all true history, well written with awesome instrumentals. Sabaton does have a song about the Screaming Eagles 101st Airborne and the Battle of the Bulge called, interestingly enough, "Screaming Eagles," also worthy of a listen. Thanks for sharing the ride with the rest of us history lovers, keep rocking.
Since you’ve now heard the original, you have to check out the cover of this song by Amaranthe. They have 3 vocalists, Elize (female cleans), Nils (guy cleans) & Henrik (screams)
Great reaction to Sabaton as always. I would love to see you react to these two next from them;
Screaming Eagles
Stormtroopers
I am just putting up some suggestions. Screaming Eagle, Devil Dogs and Ghost in the Trenches. Good Sabaton songs all of them.
Please react to more Sabaton songs while also learning their backgrounds. Its badass all the way.
Do you take reaction requests? If so, how much do you charge per request?🤘
Power of his will…germany had already more or less given up the war effort but kudos to him
Hay, try react to:
Accept – Too Mean To Die
Check out the sabaton history channel to get more info about their songs.
For some reason the audio of your voice is not nearly as good in this video compared to the Danca Macabre video. Microphone too far off?
They also have sabaton history for their songs .https://youtu.be/bT2tlq6noOk
