Establishing new colony outposts at the Botha and Ita star systems. Continuing to explore curiosities and discover another deposit of Virtual Artifacts (rare luxury resource) in the Craver space at the Zhuyin star system! I am beginning to consider more seriously a potential long term expansion into the Craver occupied portion of the galaxy. Horatio and Unfallen are both still uninterested in peace with me.

I would have waited to establish those colonies in the Southwest. Youre already starving CA-5 and youre New Colony Rule bonuses will all and within 2 turns of each other. Maybe wait a couple more turns on Dobryna and let those colonies establish first and then streeeeeeeeetch that Ponzi scheme out.
