Good show Eric n I agree with a lot of what your saying n to me personally we need consistency this is year 1 of a new scheme on all 3 levels, new GM who haven’t really had a chance to draft or get all the players they need yet. As much as I am disappointed I ain’t gonna lie I was not on the super bowl train year 1 been saying that give them till end of 2024 to truly judge when players and coaches have had 3 years in the same system. What Raiders have lacked is consistency on all levels.

I dunno what happened to the Raiders but man this team has horrendously underperformed. If they don’t turn it around Josh McDaniels maybe one & done again in Vegas. Great stuff Erik
