Heard mixed things about Vengeance, particularly because some of the female characters had butch haircuts. While yes, that can be a red flag, Sunrise and Bandai know better than to let "certain individuals with ulterior motives" to get anywhere near Gundam, as it's one of their best IPs. The fact that they decided to even make a Gundam E-X Gunpla to sell also shows that they are at the very least satisfied with the show.

On gundam battle operations 2 do they eventually put a mobile suit from Steam to ps4/ps5 or ps4/ps5 to Steam, or do they only have serten suit on each version and never put them on the other one?

Ahh yes, the F00. In my head cannon, the RX 78 8 which was renamed to the F88 as the first Formula project machine and finally changed to F00 as the basis for all the future Formula project suits (which is why the Formula project's first original suit is the F89, as in Rx 78 9, specially since Job John was the head designer of the Formula project and wanted to make a Gundam "worthy of its name"). You could even call it the "Turn 8 Gundam", as the first gundam (as we see it in real life) not built as a weapon, but as a hope for the future (which ties in with the "infinity oo turn 8" sign)… Unfortunately for me, that's just head cannon… and it wouldn't produce many model kits would it.
