  11. It’s great to see people in Moscow and other wealthy cities/areas are hanging out in malls. After watching a few videos from other creators, the energy is completely different. Some would think you are in different countries when comparing the areas.

    I wish you didn’t try so hard to keep your narrative. You may not realize but it really are starting to sound very forced.

    Every is very very good or very very big. You even say multiple times “people say these are no longer available, but look here they are more than available.” I’m very curious to know how those products you mentioned, are “definitely more than available”😆

    I hope you are doing this at your own will because it’s getting a little strange and borderline concerning how one can be so repetitive as well as excited and happy, yet your facial expressions don’t change. 😅

  16. Рассел, я пока не досмотрела видео, но я с удивлением прочитала в комментариях, что вы не показали в этом торговом центре другие рестораны, кроме точек быстрого питания. Почему? Нам нравятся хорошие ресторанчики, которые находятся прямо среди магазинов, а не только бургеры и газировка.

  23. Hello from Istanbul, that's a very nice shopping center. We do have wine shops in the bigger shopping centers in Turkey, particularly in the more luxury level places. FYI , the Mavi clothing store you passed at about 21 minutes or so is actually a Turkish firm.

  26. You're once again being very disingenuous to what it means when brands "leave Russia". It doesn't mean their products aren't available at all. Food does not fall under the sactions, for other brands, it means they won't directly trade within Russia. It does not mean the brands don't trade with countries surrounding Russia (such as Kazachstan, or your dictator's closest Twitler in Chief, Belarus) so Russian stores have to first buy from external outlets before product being available in their stores. Meaning Russians pay a surcharge they would not pay were it not for sanctions. Something you, yourself, have pointed out and evidenced purely based on all of these miraculous store name changes, and extra white stickers on products, showing the ingredient lists in Russian language. Not sure how many times your disingenuous take needs to be explained before you stop using it.

Don't take my word for it but listen to Russian propagandist Margarita Simonyan who recently said many of the western goods sold in Russia now are cheap knockoffs made in China and real western goods imported into Russia from the "stan" countries and Belarus are far too expensive for even many Russian elites and she now just buys the cheaper Chinese knockoffs.

  42. Russell, maybe you should visit next time in a pharmacy. Over the past year, dozens of types of medicines have disappeared from Russian pharmacies. Some in short supply include drugs to treat diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, blood pressure medication, antidepressants, antitumor drugs, antihistamines, antibiotics, antipyretics, and others, according to local media. Maybe these prices are more important for 10 million diabetic Russians…
