Ever since WW2, Soviet and Russian tank/AFV doctrine has been to replace rather than repair the vehicles. They do try to repair damaged ones, but not part of an active battlefield plan. Thus, the vehicles are underprotected, compared to the west. Add in corruption and you get a disregard for the crew and repairability of the vehicles.
Once again, Mordor emphasizes it has disposable proletariat (soldiers) and vehicles.
Forcing humans to kill others attached to the Russian armed forces is no different then Nazi occupation of Europe during the Second World War,the Russian people need to know truth over V Putin lies.
