I missed this live last night unfortunately. As for the crocus attack i have a sneaking suspicion of some form of collusion. Although i can't prove it and cannot say it is true.
But judging by the (likely) fsb apartment bombing as a means to justify a war in Chechnya as for putin to become elected (jf im not mistaken) then it wouldn't be too far off to assume this attack had some conspiracy.
Some strange things that happened prior, is the u.s and u.k embassy telling American citizens (within russia) to avoid concerts and crowds within the next short while. It seems U.S and British intelligence had gathered enough information to deduce that this was going to happen in advance. Likely they have clandestine operations in both russia and iraq, but it's impossible to say where this particular information was leaked from.
Unfortunately there are a lot of ifs here. IF this is the case, then likely this had been planned out at least weeks prior to the actual attack. I can't remember the precise date the U.S embassy had notified the public. And more than likely (if this is the case) this plan had been germinating prior to the embassy giving a warning. Which would mean it should have been quite calculated.
Id hate to get into political theory here, but i unfortunately have to. It seems to be a staple of fascist regimes or groups to target civilians. Putin really shows a liking to Aleksandr Dugin and his political theories (if you don't know about this guy, give him a google). He is a russian neo fascist political philosopher. If you take a look at Putins rule, it's reminiscent of fascist regimes. Especially this semi recent evolution with this" Z army" thing. With its sort of cult-like nature, and symbolism. Regardless, fascist regimes in history have targeted their own citizens. Like the years of lead in Italy.
So, imo i cant prove it, but essentially, russia colluded with rebel groups in some way to target their own citizens as a way to further the occupation of Ukraine. Strange how it was a week after he was elected.
This stuff is like when someone is clearly aimbotting on your server. Their score and behavior shows they are more than likely aimbotting, but you can't actually spectate them to prove this dude is aimbotting.

Crying about the cost of this war is stupid. Consider what we would have paid to know what’s become apparent during this conflict. We have yet to see even a fourth generation weapon, and Russia is incompetent and unable to counter even our thirty year old weapons. Ukraine wouldn't gain at all by paying terrorists to kill people in Moscow. It definitely wasn't them and they don't target civilians. I can't imagine what the motive of the terrorists was to kill innocent lives? It is senseless.
Call me jaded, but it would take little convincing for me to believe that the ISIS attack in Moscow was encouraged or arranged, rather than it being a clear incident of a frame job. My first assumption, based on calculating odds, was that the Russian government attacked their civilians as a false flag operation, rather than either Ukrainians or Russian partisans perpetrating it. ISIS attacking seems like it would have had far lower odds of happening; so I can't help suspecting that it was known and encouraged. And that it happens so soon after the Hamas attack and Gaza invasion, with all its impossible claims that Mossad, the most successful espionage and intelligence agency on Earth, didn't nudge and foment that attack to their political advantage. The behind-the-scenes is too similar. And Putin was already guilty of each of the elements involved on numerous previous occasions. I'm not a conspiracy theorist; but I AM one to think like an author/plotter of complex political maneuvering. And frankly, none of these wars falls outside believability by fiction-writers' standards, which is stricter than real world history.
