Russia launched another failed attack, this time on Vuhledar. Footage of the battle was captured by Ukraine’s 72nd Brigade. It shows columns of armoured vehicles and tanks attacking. Which are quickly destroyed by Ukrainian artillery and missiles. In total, Russia is thought to have lost 18 vehicles in the assault. Vuhledar is located in Ukraine’s south, 45 miles from Mariupol. Russia tried and failed to seize it last year in a winter offensive. It appears they will try the same tactic again this winter.
