As Vladimir Putin’s war against Ukraine enters the seventh month, EU defence ministers met to discuss Russia’s aggression and its impact on the security of Europe. The meting was also attended by Ukrainian Minister of Defence Oleksii Reznikov. The Defence Ministers also discussed the influence of Russian activity in Africa, with specific focus on the EU engagements in the region. The EU has committed to help Ukraine defend itself and said that the European Union stands united in support of Ukraine.
