Since the Russian army attacked Ukraine, thousands of civilians have been killed and cities reduced to rubble, while millions of Ukrainians have fled their homes.
However Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has told the BBC: “We didn’t invade Ukraine”.
Mr Lavrov, who is one of President Putin’s closest allies said: “We declared a special military operation because we had absolutely no other way of explaining to the West that dragging Ukraine into Nato was a criminal act.”
He repeated the official Kremlin line that there were Nazis in Ukraine. Russian officials often claim that their military is “de-Nazifying” the country.

The US sent 2,7 million to Vietnam (including conscripts) without ever declaring war. Technically declaring war involves full mobilization. Russia clearly has not fully mobilized in its invasion of Ukraine nor does It intend to do so. So Lavrov does have a point.

Russia never invaded Ukraine, everyone knows that, even Putin and Lavrov do so, they only bombed the country of Ukraine into a cocked hat, killed babies, children, old people, unarmed civilians, destroyed their houses and appartments and their way of living just for the fun of it, that´s why Russia is in Ukraine and the Ukraian army making them pay for their destruction. What I see next is that other countries like Belarus will join Putin in his madness, why?, and make things in the world worse for everyone. If Putin gets into a worse position he may use the bombs he has, calculated about 2,200 but no one will just look at him do it, they will flatten his country just like he did it to others so he can have a taste of his own medicine.
