Russia’s Black Sea Fleet lost another landing ship yesterday, the Novocherkassk, as it was docked in Feodosia potentially unloading weapons from Iran. Russia also lost another two fighter jets in the last two days, bringing their total aviation losses to five in the past week. Imprisoned Russian opposition leader Navalny has also finally been found and has been sent to an Arctic prison camp.

Taking territory means Russia is wining. This is because these ship and jet losses only matter if Russia has to defend itself. It does not. NATO will never attack Russia even if it is weak. Russia can go all in- take ground and just rebuild losses and they know it.

YIKES!! I don’t normally watch the combat videos. Today I was curious because of something Jake mentioned. So I watched. The modern battlefield use of drones to kill individual soldiers (with either kamikaze drones or dropped grenades) shows how lethal the battlefield can be with deaths from above, from unseen enemy. The video that shows the two looters killed by two kamikaze drones was most striking to me, as it shows how the kamikaze drones are used against individuals. That must be terrifying to be on the other side, knowing those fast drones are after you. The one Russian soldier sat down on his bag of loot, as if there was no hope, no chance of outrunning the drone which flew around him about to strike. Yikes. And Ukraine will be producing a million drones in the coming year. Yikes. Such a deadly battlefield, where nowhere is safe, not in the open bomb craters, not in a trench, not in an Armored Personnel Carrier, not in a tank. Everywhere the drones can see you, they can strike you. And there is little that can be done to fight back at the drones or nothing the average soldier can do. YIKES!

The UAF Air Force has released videos of an F-16 in a hanger in Ukraine as the video seems to suggest. No real reason to deny it.
