Russia’s Defence Minister has accused Ukraine of preparing to use a bomb laced with radioactive material.
Sergei Shoigu is reported to have voiced his concerns during three phone calls with his counterparts in the UK, France and Turkiye.
A dirty bomb is an explosive laced with radioactive material.
The Russian Defence Ministry said the war in Ukraine has a “steady tendency towards further, uncontrolled escalation”.
Moscow has provided no evidence to back its claims.
Ukraine has denied the allegations – with Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba calling the claims absurd – and saying Russia often accuses others of what they are planning to do.

Lets connect the dots relative to Russia's "Dirty Bomb" claim. If Russia Blows up the massive dam on the Dnipro River then, the water level in the reservoir will fall dramatically. One key thing this reservoir is used for is to provide cooling water for the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant. If the water isn't available for this plant then, the probability of one of the nuclear power generation reactors (I think the site has 4 of them) overheating resulting in meltdown increases substantially. Having a nuclear reactor meltdown could lead to a release of radioactive material or in "Russian speak" a dirty bomb. If this occurs there is only one party to blame; Russia.

I find it ridiculous and naive to think Russia will use any nuclear weapon against either Ukraine or NATO because they obviously know they will be wiped out by NATO nuclear capabilities in a matter of hours. It's Ukraine planning on using smaller tactical nukes to destroy the whole Donbass and Crimes annexed regions. Because NATO told Zellenskyy to do this in order to be able to join European Union but the CIA is just manipulating him like they did Noriega, Kadaffi, and Hussain only to assassinate them once they served their purpose
