  1. everyone blames the 4060 because it's a 8gb card, but like, it's a 1080p card, games at 1080p SHOULDN'T go above 8gb, specially at medium, this is just ridiculous, blame the devs, not the card, the game doesn't even look that good anyway, that's right, i said it, fight me

  2. For 8GB card owners: it seems you can change texture pool size manually in TheGreatCircleConfig.local file (look it up in user folder).
Low or medium settings does not appear to be saved in this file, but high settings generate line -> is_poolSize "3072" in the beginning of the file. Messed up a little bit and it seems 2048 is the best for 8GB VRAM. Game starts without freezes and stutters and VRAM allocation stays at about 7.8Gb with DLSS perf, and 7.9Gb with DLSS quality(1440p). Played a bit and characters look decent, jungle tho looks bad at low or high doesn't matter. So 2048 size seems to be something between medium and high, and seems to be fine at least in the beginning, haven't played much.

  3. What drives me the most with those "Games for modern audiences" is that they are always the same kind of game. Nearly every Tripple A game with impressive graphics comming out , sure is visualy stunning, has great cinematics and Story, but they fail to deliver whats most important for a video game: To deliver great gameplay. And Indiana Jones is no exception to that. So for me this same category like Alan Woke, Death Stranding and co. simply not worth it. I dont understand the appeal of games that are like movies and where you put more time in optimizing settings, hoping your expensive CPU can run it and looking at textures then actual playing the game.

  4. I'm getting well over 60+ FPS in this game in 2K with everything on ultra basically. Titles like this don't need 100+ FPS. Also 4060 is a bugdet card in the latest RTX line. Its not gonna perform like a 4070 point blank period.

  5. Running it now on RTX 4060, core i5 12400f at 1440p, average 80fps on evertything medium settings with DLSS quality. Super stable and graphics looking amazing, much better than recent games.
