Autocorrect changed it, it's actually Castech. Those aren't Castech heads, the little casting make above the intake runner would look like a AA battery if they were. That doesn’t mean they arent porous, I've seen several early LS heads be porous, regardless of the casting mark, the Castech are just more common. A lot of the Castech heads were replaced under warranty when I was at the dealer. It would still be worth having them pressure tested. They tend to leak in one of the 3 center bolt areas under the rocker arms. Was the oil pan full of sludgy black jello?

When you get greasy and want 2bar, The turbo will lift the heads soon enough and allow coolant past the head gaskets anyways 😂😂
