  1. At the point of privatisation there were approximately 12,000+ Post Offices, 115,000 post boxes, £6.1 Billion in Revenue, 150,000 trained, skilled staff. A complete network and infrastructure. How the hell has he messed it up so badly?

  2. Does he know what the job consists of, some of his members have to walk miles carrying heavy ,
awkward shaped parcels, my postman in SW Surrey Haslemere had to walk up paths and driveways to deliver parcels and letters ,while being monitored . He was stressed and physically affected by the job he was expected to do.But despite this he was always kind and thoughtful, especially to my two Scottish terriers who loved him. This man has no idea about the gems he has working for him.

  5. I remember starting work when I was 17 and thinking that all these harsh measures against sick people were to deter people from skiving and skipping work, it's only after spending a good few years in the workforce that I realise that the majority of sick leave is people who are chronically ill with things like back problems, severe mental health problems and the like; and I realise that the 'sick days name and shame' board we had at my first job was not only illegal and had absolutely nothing to do with productivity, but morally bankrupt and had EVERYTHING to do with the three 'directors' and their huge egos. 'If I can come to work every day, every single other employee that's on 1/4 of my pay should also come in every single day without fail'.
