2b or not 2b delivery is the question
You should have wrote "B" in lower case "b".
If you look at the special delivery label above the 2d bar code it shows number 23 and this will also be on your receipt, so this has been unfortunately your fault for not checking as the person at the post office has saw it as number 23 and typed that in.
The whole mail system is not fit for purpose…just like the country?
I keep sending abroad, RM keep sending the item back with the address on the customs label!! Costs me £10 every time they make a mistake! Now I draw a massive red box around the buyers address with a big sentence in red saying who is the recipient.
Mind you, now in December 22 I’m losing so many sales I’m now using Evri postables.

It kinda looks like 23, that B is the most 3 looking B out there lol, with a smudge next to it. Next time use lowercase b, it's easier. Alternativelly underline all numbers.

Your fault for putting a dodgy 2 B which looks like 23 .. also white label has house number and postcode on it. Clearly says 23
SOMEONE COULD READ THAT AS EITHER 23 OR 213 EVEN. THATS YOUR FAULT REALLY. I HAVE TO BE CAREFUL MYSELF WITH MY HAND WRITING AS MY CAPITAL D's look like O. UNLESS YOUR PRINTING OFF THE ADDRESS YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT SO CLEAR FOR THE DELIVERY PERSON.

Dose not look like 2B more like 213 so should you rite more clearly ,see you changed the B to correct and clearly think you just like to moan and make it deliberately false so you can groan or you would have nothing to report
Will not be buying off you anytime soon, that is not a B, it looks like it’s either 23 or 213. Also you have hidden her address but left the tracking number up, anyone that knows what they are doing can pull her address from that. Get your own house in order before criticising others.
I agree with every one else it looks like it could be 23, 213 or 2b, I think you should stop whining about things & take responsibility for your own actions.
Your printed receipt from the post office what did that show as they always have to enter the house number and post code into the system .

Royal Mail dropped the hat on my ebay sell, the buyer jsut informed me that someone else signed from Royal Mail as if the buyer recieved it and when I showed her the signature, she laughed and said it wasn't even hers. Forgery is illegal and I'm livid. I mean this poor lady deserves and paid to recieve her order and now we are investigating where her item is. This is very sad. very sad. I thought USPS was bad but they have never had an employee sign for a delivery. That's illegal.

If u look at the sticker from the post office is says 23 so that’s where they sent it if u look on the left of the parcel but after she went it should of been sent to the right place

Also, when addressing items I would always use Block Capitals to be clear and precise.
I get the same problem even when the label is printed i live at 64 and my neighbour is 64A It clearly says 64.
100% your fault. Look at the label. Be professional and print them.
