In this episode of Rookie Review we take a look at Symphony of War: The Nephilim Saga.
A game that takes heavy influence from Final Fantasy and Fire Emblem games from the NES & SNES era.
It’s a very challenging turn-based RTS with a few RPG elements that will provide an enjoyable experience. The story is somewhat bland but it provides a decent explanation why certain factions are at war with each other.
If you ever wanted to try Nintendo’s Fire Emblem or Sega’s Shining Force but didn’t want to purchase the consoles, this game is a pretty solid alternative.
