This video is better than most "Farming" videos as it also shows what you shouldn't do. He dies, that's completely natural, as it is not supposed to be easy. You should take your time in doing this.
In all my runs of this I've never seen them "respawn."
There's always 2 on west and east and will rotate.
3 on north and they'll rotate.
2 in the front and when on drops one will rotate.
3/4 in the middle. These guys will rotate to the front if pulled.
Then the 4 in or around north building.

vpo-215 with x4 Pilad and AP-M ammo or even EKO is nice and budget versus roof rogues but personally, I have a problem with the four on the ground in the north building using it.
rouges dont respawn. there are 2/3 per roof and the rotate to open turrets throughout the raid

they don’t respawn, there’s 3 on building 2 and 2 on buildings 1 and 3
if you miss high while they’re on the turrets then they won’t get off so always miss high
Helpful video for sure, havent set my foot on Lighthouse much but this gave me good info how to try engage rogues and get my hands to that juicy loot 👍🏻
