The vast majority of rock celebrities and fans have come out in overwhelming support of guitarist MICK MARS. The most quiet member of Motley has received tremendous support, making it all but impossible for the world to ignore the injustice his bandmates of over 40 years tried to carry out.

Robert Trujillo replaced Newsted. Originally was to be either D'arcy of Smashing Pumpkins or Melissa Auf Der Mann of Hole as replacements for Jason.
I believe Mick over the the other three. It's sad that they would do that to him. I understand him not earning touring revenue, but he should still receive 25% of the OVERALL bottom line. Mick has always been the quiet one. He's never courted the kind of publicity that Sixx and Lee have throughout the years. I highly doubt he would be so public about the situation unless he was truly p#ssed off. He certainly wouldn't besmirch their live show unless there was something that really angered him. I believe Mick. He's always been the most down-to-earth, self-effacing one.
I didn't pay to see them last summer, I wanted to see Def Leppard, but stayed for their set. Nikki layed it on pretty thick about Mick being his brother and favorite guitarist. Its funny to hear them resorting to lip syncing but its heartening to see a man of integrity going out and giving his all despite the aches and pains that come with old age. Tommy supposedly had broken ribs and had a stand in drummer for half the set. My highlight of the evening was my wife see Vince and joking that he was Too Fat for Love.
I hate what they're doing to Mick. Mick was the main reason I was a Motley Crue fan. His guitar playing and tone drew me in.
Mars, the sound of the Crew !!!!!!!! All respect !!!!!!!!!
I won't see Motley without Mick
It sounds good in theory, but since all money these days is made from touring, not song-play, it seems like he shouldn't get 25% while he sits at home on his ass and that 5% is more than fair.
Mick is motley crue
Mick Mars was why I started listening to Motley Crüe in the 80's and he always was the most stable member and talented in the band. I would pay just to see him play in Motley Crüe. If anything he was the glue for the band and the adult.
Very well said, great analysis! The only thing we differ about is Nikki's writing ability. Yes, he's a good, maybe even a great, composer, but 99% of the Motley sound is Mick and the producers. Motley Crue could have survived without Nikki as he has always been the least important and most easily replaced member as I see it. But without Mick Mars' guitars, there would have been no Motley Crue.
No Crue without Mick!
