Thank you for the opportunity to take a tour from Dinsley Village. I grew up on Thavenot Street in Tacarigua, went to The Presbyterian school. Thank you and Lance for pointing out the various landmarks along the way, including the RC church, El Dorado, the St. Charles gate (my sister and brother attended the high school) etc. Pasea Road, Monarch cinema and all the other landmarks along the way. I remember the train line because I took the train to school from Tacarigua to San Juan. The name of the landmark next to the St. Joseph police station is the Masjid (mosque). I really enjoyed this Sunday drive with you.
I really enjoyed this video. Your YBR will be on point just now. You stay bless, thanks for sharing. I enjoyed the long ride.Blessings to you and daddy Lance.
You passed the St John Anglican Church in Petit Bourg. It has some important history which you can check. More recently it was made famous by the theft of its bell.
I really enjoyed the drive. My dad was from San Juan, but I don't remember much about it, I grew up in San Fernando. Thanks for all the information β€.
Where that coconut vendor in the croisee is used to be a kirpalanies. The man name is Jalo aka last wagon. The super market opposite the fire station was Ramesh and Leelah. Opposite the post office in the croisee where Kentucky occupies now was Nagib Elias and sons.
So Sana, it was very nice of you to take us along for the drive with Lance. It was very informative. What a sharp memory you both have. Lance sure knows how to put metal to the pedalπ. As always, be safe on the roads.πβ€οΈ
