  1. FYI the Royalty 'mission chain' doesn't kick in until after the first 2 missions, so you can easily complete the first for a small faction rep boost without locking into that quest path. There's no bonuses, traits, skills etc given from the first (easy rescue) mission, so it's useful to do simply to stop its repeat timer & gain a little respect

Again IIRC 'growers' will harvest from designated 100% grown crops, & of those prioritise those that may be lost (wastage/deterioration/WHY) first. I suspect your cultivated rice had only just come into harvestability (ie >75% grown), so it's being ignored while the harvester gathers designated crops from outside before they disappear

You can't mine into ADs by accident: they're always enclosed by walls. You /can/ mine into insect nests, but you've turned that off here so it's academic

Again IIRC pawns won't 'socialise' (ie pray for mood buff) at any rando hostile's grave: it has to be a colonist's grave. Remember to build sarcophagi in fridges for the chance of resurrection later!

  2. Empire are the original corpos. Honor is a facade, they just use it to sit in a nice office (throneroom) all day and cry like a baby if they don't get what they want. Also, have you seen their goons?
I would've went for royalty for one or two of the CEO type colonists, but just enough title to keep good PR, have to be at least a Knight to trade with the Empire.

  3. You need an executive to take the honour. All credit goes to the execs when things go well. If the exec dies, everyone else must be reassigned to the "graveyard shift".
