Welcome to what is quite possibly, one of my favourite videos I’ve ever put out! With a trip planned to Cornwall to visit Pete’s family, I was finally organised enough to arrange to meet Tina and Em, and their gorgeous horses. Our quiet beach trip turned into an epic adventure of pony swapping, galloping, bareback riding and doing our very best not to fall off in a public place. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do, how lucky am I to have friends like these.

Pro tip if you are ever in a position where you have to get on from the ground and the person giving you the leg up is on a horse, have the person on the horse turn their toe out slightly (after taking their foot out of the stirrup) and point their toes to the sky. Then hook your ankle over the top of their foot. Then you count to three you jump the same time as they lift their foot up. Then just swing your leg over and congratulations your on. It works better if you’re both facing opposite directions so that you horses face is the same direction as their horse’s hindquarters and vice versa. This way no one is leaning down on the horses neck and there’s less of a likely hood of someone coming off

I loved every second of it! It felt just like I was there. What could be better than a bar on the beach with your friends? Horses of course! They make everything so much better!
Just don't drink and ride. I'm sure these women had no more than 1 beer shared between them all, or they would have peeing instead of riding. You just can't ride with a full bladder! And drunken bareback also would be an even bigger disaster!

There’s no better feeling in the entire world.
I went to Cornwall just around the end of July-Start of August, went on a beach ride on a lovely pony named Romeo, despite being the smallest pony on the ride, he was definitely the fastest little guy! Your videos bring me so much happiness by the way, Meg, love you ❤️ I also hope Jam is doing well enough with that leg!
