People riding rental scooters in Richmond can now ride them much later than before after City Council approved an updated electric scooter policy at Monday’s meeting.
The updated policy extends the operating hours from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m., giving riders four extra hours from the previous cut-off time of 9 p.m.
