  1. Thank you for the interview.
It is true about animals knowing what to eat. I have tried in the past to feed my cats eggs and even when I mixed in tuna they would not eat it. Cats can not eat egg whites. They will eat yolks but somehow they know not to eat the whites.

  2. Question and I hope someone can help. I’ve been on the carnivore diet only 3 days. I am consuming under 800 calories per day and I am not hungry.
    A week ago I was chowing down 3500-4000 calories a day. I’m 5’10 and 285pounds.
Should I force myself to eat more?

  3. You don't have to supplement, Jose. You can just eat kelp. It's loaded with iodine, minerals and electrolytes etc. Despite its appearance, kelp is NOT A PLANT but a stramenopile, a group containing many protists.
    Eat the Ascophyllum Nodosum Kelp.

  4. I had my baby before I went carnivore and fortunately I had as well no problem with feeling ugly. Just mentioned for the stats. So maybe this time carbs are not to blame. All the best for your new family member.

And Dave, thanks for all the wonderful interviews. It is great to hear about all the wonders carnivore is providing.

  5. Sounds like prostate I had similar issues but my prostate was barely enlarged I had a urolift fitted no improvement the urologist went back in because I’d developed a kink in the urethra because of the very slight enlargement I’m eating carnivore to prevent any further damage

  6. Zombifying people with corn flakes on the mental hospital…. it's the same reason why they add sodium fluoride in toothpaste and in some countries water supplies. Also SSRI's and Anti-psychotics are full of fluoride for that reason.

  7. I was diagnosed with IC and was urinating as often as Jose. It's a huge life disrupter. Now that I've been carnivore for a month, I can go a whole 8 hr shift at work and only need to go #1 maybe three times. I would have been going 10 or more times b4. It's wonderful not having to be conscious of where the bathroom is everytime I go somewhere.

  8. I'm on day 25 of carnivore, so what I'm about to write is not anti-carnivore, but carnivore influencers really need to stop saying things like "the animals out there, how often to they go to the vet". It is documented FACT that wild animals live much shorter lives than domestic. One example is American bison being raised on ranches get their vaccinations, medical care as needed, de-worming, hoof trimming etc. and live much longer. Wild ones carry parasite loads and they die young. Wild animals don't go to the vet, they just die, and sometimes it is a very slow, painful death. There are other inappropriate claims being made comparing 'natural' living to 'modern' living. Some is accurate but many are not. Honestly, the need to make false claims baffles me. However, carnivore is helping me. I just wish the inappropriate claims would get toned down.

  9. Jose… congratulations on healing your body and your mind with carnivore.

Have you read Georgia Ede’s new book “Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind”?

This is One of the BEST books I’ve ever read having reversed/cured chronic depression, anxiety, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, IBS, BPH, fatigue, migraine headaches, brain fog and so much more with a Proper Human Diet which in my case is Ketovore (95% carnivore).

    Great Job!!!😊😊🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🌹🥩🥩🥩🥩🐮🐑🥓🐷🍤🐠🌹🌹🌹

  10. I too, have noticed that many people really are trying to eat healthy. I was standing in line at the grocery store yesterday and noticed several shoppers with lots fresh fruits and veggies, Quaker oatmeal, whole grain bread, but only modest amounts of meat in their carts. Yet, American society is sicker than it's ever been. Which is why people tend to chalk it up to old age. (Of course, if they'd noticed what was in my cart – some ground beef, full fat yogurt, canned mackerel filets, and several packages of bacon – I'm sure they were appalled.)

  11. Jose, thank you so very much for sharing your story with carnivore and your wife's experience doing the carnivore way of eating with you. Bless her for being so compassionate and caring. Glad she is getting the reward for it. GOD bless her and you. Really appreciate it.😊Dr. Natasha Campbell is wonderfull.

  12. The problem today is when you do get a shot, his tetanus booster for example , you can’t help but wonder what the hell is in it. With all we know about standard of care rules etc. who’s to say even doctors know what goes into things. They too are basically made to follow orders.

  13. This guy is so right, we are forced to be our own doctor. The medical system is all about $$. I work in it. All the processed food is about the same thing $$. We all need to go back to our roots and eat food from our local farmers. It makes you wonder why bill gates and his rich friends hates cows so much, zero carbon future they want means zero humans.

  14. DMSO is supposed to work for his bladder condition but a proper diet is always better. Jose reminds me of the late great Chris Cornell, singer but with short hair. Great interview as usual Dave.

  15. Have you noticed when viewing many carnivore practitioners that their skin seems to glow with health?! I especially enjoy the before and after results. I've done the thirty day carnivore challenge after a couple of low carb fasting years. I'm ketovorish now and working my way to carnivore. I'm 70 and have a 5 year plus parkinsons diagnosis along with hypertension, hashimotos and a multi cancer history. No doubt a result of my very SAD diet and stress. Since going low carb my symptoms have subsided and I've lost weight and reduced meds. Still here and didn't think I would be.. Not gonna lie, I miss my beers and other vices but not the fear and dread of not being able to do anything about it.

  16. Great testimony fantastic information and happy that he knows what the true source nutrition really is derived from. The only absolute disagreement I have is look at virtually any culture great food was and still is cherished. Unfortunately many cultures have added toxic modern food along with what was good by itself but destroyed the traditional goodness.
